Machining tip: There are two types of insert clamping systems for bar peeling tools. The first one, using a screw through the insert, distributes the forces in the axial and radial directions at the same time, leaving more room for chip evacuation. The second system, with clamping from top (shown in the photo), significantly reduces the time to flip the insert and is more user friendly.
