Incident video release: Modesto Engine 1, Engine 10, Engine 15, Engine 19, Quint 18, BC1, BC3, Medic 1 and Stanislaus Engine 21 responded to reports of a working residential structure fire in the 2300 block of Glasgow Dr in Ceres.
