🟡 occipital neuralgia. This is a nerve gliding movement that may be helpful in some cases. There are other exercises to try but I am highlighting this movement and this exercise in this video. Have you heard about shoulder flossing? Grab a resistance band or towel with your hands just wider than shoulder-width. Slowly bring your arms all the way back, feeling the stretch through your shoulders. If one side feels tighter, simply widen your grip. Want to up the challenge?
